People set out to make money online and there can be a lot of different perceptions out there as to their goals. Some just want to find ways to make money from home and they are happy with making a small amount. This type of person often starts with online surveys for money or some other such program that pays a little but not much more.
Another type of person has heard you can make money online but has absolutely no idea how. This kind of person is a prime candidate to fall for one of the many scams online. With no real idea of what is reality and what is fantasy, they are easily suckered into the scams that promise them thousands of dollars with very little work. As long as there are people out there who believe the hype, there will always be others who are willing to take their money for empty promises.
Yet others know money can be made online and are determined to discover real ways it can be done. They see all the commerce being transacted online and know that with hard work, they can learn how get a piece of the pie. The Internet has expanded exponentially since its beginning and the reason for that is it has connected people and business like never before. Anyone can indeed discover how to turn their specific knowledge and skills into money online.
If you are to be one of the ones who is successful at making a substantial amount of money through the Internet, it is not going to happen overnight. It is necessary to learn the ins and outs of the Web and the skills you need are many. You will need to learn how to advertise and get people to your website. Once they are there you will need to understand how to convert them into sales.
There are many ways to make money online but they all involve hard work and learning the system. There are many right ways to do it and there are also wrong ways that will yield little results. This is where the patience and willingness to learn comes in as you will need to stay determined to succeed and get through the difficult times before you see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Just read your article, Anyone Can Do Business On Line. As someone who has over 30 years business experience, I am a little surprised at the title of the article, anyone is a pretty broad range. The internet is a particularly challenging place to do business, and by the failure rate of new businesses, its clear that not anyone is going to be successful.
Your point that hard work, applying yourself and being patient is well taken and right on, even hard working patient people do not always make it, off or on line. When ever I see a blanket statement like this one, I always get a little queasy.
I personally would of like something that said, greatly increase your chances of success by following the following steps ……..

It has been my experience (and the experience of many who are much better at this than I am) that people who fail to make money online do so for one of the following reasons:
They have bad information (something this site is trying to correct)
They lack the discipline to do the work needed
They give up too soon (lacking patience)
There is nothing there that precludes anyone unless they have an actual inability to follow directions, work hard and be patient.
Besides, the context of the article, in my understanding is not “Anyone can make millions online” or anything like that. The author correctly pointed out that there are different ways to earn online and different people may choose different routes. Here is an example:
